TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We offer rolling admission for most of our courses so you can start even after the session has begun. If you are registering late the registration fee will be prorated for previously missed classes. All prorated classes must be paid by check, Venmo or cash.

If a class is full, you can always join the waitlist. If you are registering late or have questions about registration please contact us. Info@creativecave.biz

CANCELATION POLICY:

In the event that a class is canceled by us we will schedule a make-up class or receive a credit. CreativeCave does not refund classes attended.

If you have a credit with us please let us know before you sign up to a course online. We can apply your credit and if there is a balance must be paid by check, Venmo or cash. Credits are valid for the following season only or 6 months.

Our business is small and special, once you register we coordinate teachers, buy materials and reserved a spot just for you. In order to maintain our small size classes we cannot offer refunds for missed days or cancelations.

If you or your child need to cancel a full course registration due to unforeseen circumstances or scheduling conflicts must be three weeks in advance. We are happy switch to another class and only if there is a waiting list we can provide a credit. We will do my best to fill your spot with people on the waitlist or you are welcome to send someone in your spot. If we are unable to fill it, the class fee is non-refundable.

SUMMER CAMPS

Please contact us ASAP if you need to cancel a camp; if we can fill your space (most of the time we can), we will refund your payment less a $50 administration fee.

Summer camps are only refunded by May 1st, 2023 with a $50 service fee, IF there is a replacement found from the waitlist. We will do my best to fill your spot with people on the waitlist or you are welcome to send someone in your spot. If we are unable to fill it, the class fee is non-refundable.
